YOU

How connected are you to your real self? Are you still running outdated patterns and behaviours you learned as a child now in your adult life? Do you feel something is missing in your life?

Fact – behaviours we run are the oldest or the ones that are the loudest (like fight or flight ones). As your coach, we can install new strategies that work in your adult life.

Depression

Depression can be a mild or major issue in our lives. Medication has a place as does your physician. My coaching can help you make changes with your relationship with depression, beginning with mindset adjustments. Maybe it’s your model of the world that needs a few new maps added. Together we work at adding new strategies, change how you talk to yourself, build confidence and self stability through a few tools and hypnosis.

Addictions

Addictions come in many forms – addicted to alcohol, adrenaline, shopping, food, drugs, smoking, TV, disassociating, gambling, etc…. While you may think its a physical need, it all begins as a mental need that can be treated.

As your coach, I will look into HOW you use your addiction and help you find another way to fulfill that need. You will see our tools and techniques, along with hypnosis do work fast.

Conflict

Unresolved conflicts can make you feel stuck and definitely can create a lot of drama in your head and eventually in your body.

As your coach, we search together for the root cause, integrate that conflict, replace outdated behaviour patterns with empowering habits, and create effective strategies to make you feel whole.

Stress

We need stress to drive us, excite us and even save us in times of fight or flight, so it can never be truly eliminated. Being constantly stressed, pumping extra cortisol through our bodies, however, can lead to plenty of health issues including serious ones.

My coaching can help you explore what causes you to become over stressed, the strategies you use and your relationship with stress. And from this place we start to make empowering change.

Anxiety

Anxiety can be crippling. We all have experienced a form at some time in our lives. It’s when it prevents us from taking part, causes us to hide or choose the safe or easy options only, that it prevents you from being your authentic self.

As your coach, I will look at WHEN you have anxiety, and work on new strategies and behaviours so that you can let go of that anxiety.

University Prep

Children enter the world feeling loved, worthy and full of potential, and then they are parented. The behaviours they are using in life right now, are most likely the ones they learned between the ages of 0-7 years. The strategies they used – so mom wouldn’t yell, taking the easy option so no one was inconvenienced….

If you are going to university, go with updated adult strategies, and behaviours, set priorities and goals, and with unwavering confidence that YOU can achieve whatever you want.

Autopilot

WHEN did you put your life on autopilot? We can do this one easily these days, flipping through social media and through emails and text messages on our phones. And then it’s the tough part of life, the obstacles, trauma, grief, overwhelm, that turns our lives upside down, and we avoid by going on autopilot.

My coaching practice is based on bringing you back into your life with empowering self-trust, true self-awareness, and listening more to your inner wisdom.
